"A fulcrum is the point on which an object balances" Fulcrum is a winemaker’s winery, where no corners are ever cut. It is guided solely by winemaker David Rossi's palate and vision that has been developed over more than 20 years. From this vision, David produces a small portfolio of vineyard- and appellation-designated wines using grapes from acclaimed sites in the Anderson Valley, Russian River Valley, Sonoma Coast, Carneros and Chalone appellations.
Tasting Notes
Deep crimson hue in the glass. Elegant nose of dark cherry, sesame and mineral.
Cedar, dark cherry, raspberry, and mineral flavors abound. Satiny texture and
acidity that provides the structure for aging.
Ageing
Aged 12 months in 100% French Oak, 35% New, barrels.
