Tasting notes
Intense color with violet hues, clean fresh fruity flavors with some hints of wood ageing and varietal notes. The structure in the mouth is well developed with the long persistent finish. An amazing wine for this level of quality and price point! A 100% Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) the
most widely planted red variety in the Toro region.
Vinification
Classic vinification with destemmed, crushed grapes using the latest fermentation control technologies. Maceration is meticulously controlled to craft a traditionally styled wine that is also in-tune with modern tastes. Deeply colored, it is aged for a short period in new American oak casks (five months) to create a wine with great structure, complexity and elegant fruit notes.
