Tasting notes
This Marlborough Pinot Noir shows lifted aromas of strawberry and cherry leading to a vibrant, juicy palate of plum and strawberry pastille. Supple tannins and a silky
finish leave a refined, lingering impression.
Vinification
Grown on a selection of vineyards throughout Marlborough, the grapes were picked in the cool of night to retain freshness. A portion of un-crushed Pinot Noir berries
were gently transferred to tank for fermentation using select yeast strains to promote bright, fresh aromatics and showcase the floral attributes of the Pinot Noir grape.
After fermentation, the young wine was drained and the whole berries pressed off skins for maturation. After 10 months, the parcels were blended and bottled.
