cooler-than-average January slowed ripening, preserving acidity and aromatic intensity. The return of warm, dry weather in late summer allowed for extended
hang-time, resulting in vibrant, flavor-rich fruit with outstanding purity.
Tasting notes
Grown where long sunny days and cool nights produce vibrant, aromatic fruit, this Sauvignon Blanc exudes fresh grapefruit, guava, and a subtle herbal lift on the nose.
The palate is crisp and bright with citrus and tropical flavors carrying through to a clean, mouthwatering finish.
