Tasting notes
Merlots are concentrated, Petits Verdot are silky. The Cabernet Sauvignon develops a great elegance, thick skins,
the whole is sublimated by the Cabernet Franc, powerful and tense. 2020, vintage for the pleasure, potential of
a great wine.
Vinification
Optical and manual sorting. Wood, concrete and stainless steel tanks. Maceration 21 days at 24C.
