Tasting notes
Cuvée Eden is a new expression that is produced green, low intervention, and certified HVE sustainable. The nose is marked by notes of peony, crisp fruit (cherry), enhanced by a hint of peppery
notes. The estate utilizes all natural methods including indigenous yeasts for fermentation and no additions of sulfites. This is a bright, fresh and approachable AOC Bordeaux composted of Cabernet & Merlot.
Description
Château Bonnet is expanding its range and launching Eden: a new wine from plots cultivated
using Biocontrol (a set of plant protection methods based on the use of natural method). From
the vine to the cellar, these natural methods are respected: indigenous yeasts for fermentation,
without sulphite... A brilliant and gourmet wine close to nature, quite simply!
Estate
The Lurton family is one of the most respected Bordeaux Château owners with more than a dozen prestigious Châteaux and producing outstanding wines since 1897. Among them is Château Bonnet, their flagship in the Entre-Deux-Mers region; it remains one of the most beautiful and as well as one of the biggest in the appellation with 300 acres of vineyards.
