Chateau Haut Branda Sauvignon 2023
History
The family estate launch in 1946 by Jean Clause Ballet's
grandfather, Cyprien Furt, with only 5 ha, has been take over 16
years after by his grandson and now by Nathalie and Bruno.
Today, the estate covers 57ha of vines and produces 2 wines Chateau Haut Branda, Chateau Pruneyron and Chateau La caussade. The vines of Chateau Haut Branda are on the west of the town of Vayres on a gravelly sandy plateau ideally exposed overlooking the medieval castle of Vayres.
Tasting notes
Nice yellow straw, pale, brilliant and limpid dress. Expressive nose, fruity, exotic
fruits, citrus fruits, floral notes (flowers of acacia). Beautiful width in mouth, fat,
fleshy with a beautiful freshness. Fruity and expressive, very long in mouth.
