Background
The family de Bouard de Laforest, which for eight generations has been solely dedicated to the production
of great wines in Saint Emilion, today has taken a step in an alternative direction with the creation of a
new wine under the Bordeaux appellation.
Tasting notes
A delicious, savory red with aromas and flavors of blackcurrant, chocolate and cedar.
A medium-bodied wine with fine, round tannins. Fresh and bright.
Vinification
In temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. They are cold soaked at 8C, alcoholic fermentation up to 28C.
Fast running off of the wine after fermentation.
