Estate
Our 2015 Cabernet is sourced right from our own backyard at the winery. We are located in the warmer region of Russian River appellation on a western facing slope which provided maximum sun exposure to develop color and tannin structure. Our blend is 80% hillside cabernet which provides tannin and structure, then add 15% merlot and 5% Zinfandel to add berry flavor and soften the tannins. It is then aged in neutral American Oak barrels to soften the wine before bottling.
