Aromas of fresh-cut flowers, citrus fruit, ripe green apple and hazelnut carry over to the palate, where the zesty acidity keeps the flavors lively and cleansing. Finish keeps repeating the fruit and citrus.
Vinification
Produced from top quality vineyards in Napa Valley, Sonoma County & Mendocino County and aged in concrete eggs & French oak for 6 months.
