CELLAR MASTER'S TASTING NOTES: Inviting cranberry and raspberry aromas with. an earthy, mineral focus and a lingering cinnamon and walnut finish.. Decanting recommended. Serve with. Confit Duck, Cassis Jus and Spiced Braised Red Cabbage.

Cultivar: Merlot 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon 35%, Cabemet Franc 10%, Petit Verdot 5%
Appellation: Wine ofOrigin Western Cape 11 to 21 years
Age ofVines: 11 to 21 years
Irrigation: Drip irrigation
VINICULTURE: Fermented in stainless steel tanks with extended skin contact. Malolactic fermentation occurred in French oak barrels.
MATURATION: Matured for 17 months in 225 litre and 300 litre French oak barrels. The wine has an ageing potential of at least 6 years from vintage.
