Ruby red colour tending to garnet with ageing Fruitiness with notes of cherries and white chocolate Great complexity, dry, warm with balsamic finish.

Vinification
Maremma is one of the most beautiful and magical features of Tuscany. Thanks to the influence of the nearby coast of Tyrrhenian Sea and to the multiple varieties of soils and microclimates, it is possible the production of wine with an extraordinary complexity. The grapes are hand-picked. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks by 100HL, at 18-20°C.
