Description
This wine is made from selected Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes, from the Cresta de Gallo vineyards, located in the Monte S. Savino - Arezzo hills. The careful and meticulous wine-making procedure in steel, with fermentation under controlled temperature, a well-cared seasoning in French oak casks and then in bottles for 2 or 3 months, in a thermo-conditioned space, distinguish this particular wine, before it is put on the market.
