Unico Amaro is the artisanal Sicilian liqueur that comes from the infusion of only fresh and hand-selected peel of Sicilian Avocados and citrus fruits, the spontaneous herbs that our rich land offers us daily and water from local spring. Unico is the meeting of bitter, sweet, sour and spicy notes that envelop the palate in harmony. The beneficial properties of avocado make UNICO an excellent digestive.
Description
Unico Amaro is made with the methods and attentions of the past. After a careful selection and after having peeled them one by one by hand, we put the fresh peels to infuse with wild herbs and alcohol. Then we add fresh water from Sicilian springs. As soon as our liqueur is ready, it is bottled one bottle at a time, in a long but quality process. To make UNICO we don't use artificial flavors, preservatives, additives and caramel. Each bottle, even if imperceptibly, will always different from any other, confirming the craftsmanship that distinguishes it.
Avocado, now also known as the new "green gold", is now also grown in Sicily and is the undisputed star of this unique recipe. The climatic conditions and the rich Sicilian land in which it is grown, make avocado a fruit with an unique flavor. To produce UNICO we select the best local avocado crops so that the finished product is always in perfect balance.
