Tasting notes
It has a light straw yellow color with green reflections. The perlage is fine and persistent. It has a floral and fruity bouquet with light unripen golden apple hints. The taste on the palate is dry, fresh with vegetal aromas, synonym of youth.
Description
The sparkling Blanc de Blancs of the Villa Sandi is absolutely excellent. It has been awarded by several prizes that make this wine internationally renowned. The cuvee is made by local vines with white berries suitable for the sparkling wine production. The most used are the Pinot and Chardonnay grapes. The production area is located in Valdobbiadene, renowned wine area in Veneto characterized by marl soils rich of stones.
