Tasting Notes
Made with the best sangiovese grosso grapes, aged in oak barrels for at least two years and in bottles for three months. This wine is ruby red with garnet hues, with a generous nose with hints of violets and vanilla and a robust,
velvety flavor.
Vinification
Traditional red wine vinification at a controlled temperature between 18 and 28c.
