Ageing
Wine is aged in stainless and concrete vats to lock in freshness.
Food pairing
Ideal as an aperitif but also paired with seafood, grilled finish, a
summer salad or even goat cheese.
Serve between 8-10 C.
Tasting notes
Light and lively with a perfectly balanced acidity. The
minerality brings a nice, refreshing finish.
Vinification
Mechanical harvest, sorting at the cellar and a traditional vinification. Short maceration in thermo regulated vats
followed by a slow fermentation in order to allow the optimal extraction of aromas.
