Nose: Aromatic, fresh and spicy, packed full of black fruit with soft undertones.
Palate: Well rounded, soft tannins with hints of pepper and spice. Lots of cherry and fresh plum with good balance tannins and a long finish.

Maturing: Fermented and aged in stainless steel. After picking the grapes are destemmed and fermented, with a preference to remontage to deslectage in order to ensure soft tannins.
