Tasting notes
Classic vintage of Grenache essentially with a small addition of Syrah, fermented in thermo regulated tanks, and long macerated. Garnet deep of a rare harmony. The nose turns with complexity and elegance around the red fruit. In a beautiful aromatic coherence, the palate reveals itself dense, concentarted, fresh and persintent.
Food pairing
the Domaine Condorcet will pefectly accompany red meats, lamb or cheese. It is best served between 60 and 64 Farenheit.
Background
