Tasting notes
A festive bright pale pink color leads to an expressive and intense nose with hints of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant) and spices typical of the Pinot Noir grape variety. A creamy palate, with strawberry perfume and floral notes on the finish with nice length. A nice sparkling aperitif, with exuberant effervescence.

Vinification
After the classic preparation of the base wine, the foam is made in special closed tanks and refrigeration system that allows an optimal control of the yeast activity and the release of gas. When the wine is effervescent, it is transferred to bottles after a final filtration, then the dosage is carried out. Finally, we proceed to the capping and museletage.
