Tasting notes
Our Sauvignon Blancs are then aged on fine lees for 4 to 6 months, to bring out the fullness and varietal character typical of Sauvignon Blancs (citrus, exoticism). Crisp and refreshing with great acidity and very food friendly.
Vineyard
In the Beaulieu sector, the vineyard grows 90ha of Sauvignon-Blanc in full soil. Here too, the terroir is 100% clay-limestone.
