Domaine Vincent Bachelet - Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2015
Estate
Everything went very fast in 2015, in the vineyards: an early June flowering, a mid-July on ripening and grapes that is beginning to harvest late August. 2015 is a vintage solar and generous (although it is low in quantity). The red wines are fruity and delectable!
Food Pairing

Vinification
Whole bunches of grapes were handpicked, sorted, and totally destemmed. The vatting period lasted a fortnight at controlled temperature. Regular pumping over and release are carried out during the active phase of alcoholic fermentation. The malolactic fermentation is done traditionally in new oak barrels and, barrels of one or more wines.
