Tasting Notes
This classic wine has a beautiful garnet-red colour, aromas of cassis fruits and subtle vanilla tones. On the palate, the aromas are amplified with balanced and silky tannins.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and sorted meticulously. After a gentle crushing the grapes are fermented in small cement vats. The wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels (50% new).

Game bird, roast lamb and cheeses.
