Tasting notes
Beautiful ruby colour, seductive and complex on the nose with hints of toasted bread and ripe blackberry. On the palate the attack is direct
and generous, underpinned by silky tannins.

Aged Wines can be enjoyed with red meats,game birds poultry and mild cheeses.
Harvest
Both manual and mechanical harvest sorting with a MistralĀ® table.
Vinification
Cold pre fermentary maceration followed by fermentation in small, temperatured-controlled vats for 3 to 4 weeks. Barrel-aged for 12 months in
50% new Frenck oak.
Vineyard
Reasoned cultivation, controlled productivity, disbudding, thinning out of the leaves.
