Soil: Silicate clay dirt on carpet iron. Regular monitoring and maintenance of soil.
Vineyard: South/Southeast facing with 77% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Franc 9-14% Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting notes

Color: Deep garnet.
Nose: Red fruits.
Mouth: A concentrated liquorice attack, balanced with fine tannins and roasted coffee.

Red meat, game, lamb and cheeses.

Vinification

Traditional vinification in cement tanks and stainless steel temperature - Short and regular pumping. Macerated for 3 weeks. Matured is vats and oak barrels.
