Produced from a family owned, single vineyard estate. This elegant Chardonnay has a beautiful, intense straw yellow color with a powerful nose, opening on scents of pears and vanilla. A lovely fresh wine, long and pleasing on the palate. Persistent finish enhanced by buttery flavors. Ideal as an aperitif, it is also a delightful companion for smoked fish and white meat.

It makes you discover the rich and vibrant wine growing regions that thrive in the vast continent of Australia. Sourced from the best parcels of grapes across south eastern Australia, Peacock Chardonnay is harvested in the cool of the morning to retain its freshness and youthful fruit flavors.
Vinification
Great wine requires deep, intense dedication to the land, empathy for the vine and a love of grapes.The grapes are treated with fanatical attention to detail throughout the wine crafting process. Harvesting is mechanical. After pressing, the juice is allowed to ferment at 59 °F, with the aid of carefully-selected fermenting agents. The wine is then filtered, stabilised and bottled. No cask-maturing. The resultant aromas and flavors reflect this passion for authenticity and integrity.
