Tasting notes
A flavorsome wine with good color and an intense, complex nose of earthy leather with chocolate and prune notes. A soft and lush palate with lingering red fruit, earth and leather flavors.

Winemaking
A variety of fermentation techniques are utilized;
Cooler fermentation in order to retain more fruit flavors and minimize phenolic extraction. The grapes were short macerated.
Warmer fermentation to give the minimum desired structure to the wine. Here we macerated for 30 days on skins.
