Tasting notes
Ruby red colour tending towards garnet as it ages. Intense and characteristic bouquet, fruity and oaky, with balsamic overtones. Full-bodied, luscious and well structured with long finish.
Ideal with beef, pork and cheese like Tuscan ewe-cheese, Parmesan cheese and spicy Gorgonzola. It is also extremely good with dishes of meat of the international cuisine. Also suitable as “meditation wine”.
