Terroir
The vineyards are located in the South of Asti with Southern exposure. The soil is composed of calcareous clay marl with prevalence of silt, between the altitude of 650-820 ft.
Harvest
September. Selection in vineyards of the healthiest, ripest grapes hand collected in 20 kg picking baskets.
Vinification
Maceration with skin contact with short and soft pumping over skin cap.
Ageing
Stainless steel tanks.
