Wilde Irish Gin is distilled with an Extraordinary Blend of Botanicals.
Every bottle of Wilde Irish Gin begins in the landscape itself. Eleven carefully chosen botanicals — including Wild Mountain Purple Heather, whole fresh Limes, Bitter Orange Peel, Red Grapefruit, Sweet Orange, Chamomile Flowers, Coriander Leaf, Juniper, Angelica, Orris Root, and Licorice Root — are cold-infused for 16 to 18 hours before a single distillation in a traditional copper pot still.
Using a proprietary blend of 11 botanicals gives Wilde Irish Gin its distinctive taste. Botanicals are submerged in neutral grain spirit for 16-18 hours in cold infusion. This base is then strained and blended with local spring water to charge the still.
Vinification
Our spirit is non-chill filtered, bottled at 47% ABV, and made from 100% wheat-based neutral spirit carried by pure Irish mountain spring water. We take only a 20% cut of heads and tails — a small yield that demands precision but delivers purity. No additives. No shortcuts. Only Wilde.

Tasting Notes
Clear with little to no discoloration in true artisan fashion. On ice, the non-chill-filtered spirit takes on a soft, cloudy blue pigment.
Smooth and rounded; tartness opens on the palate. Mid-palate chamomile and purple heather blend for a citrus-sweet floral base.
A bold, intense citrus-and-floral gin. Opening floral notes give way to balanced whole citrus and lingering bitter orange peel.
A distinctly long yet subtle finish. An impeccably distilled, additive-free 47% base spirit.
