Description
This wine is named after the vineyard owner, a lawyer. Strict, stern and commanding, she has always been known as simply the lawyer.
The young, vivacious wine is almost comically odds with its serious namesake.
Food pairing
Best served with ragout pasta, stewed baby squid with peas, light seasoned cheese. Serve at a temperature between 16-18 F.
Harvest
Harvested in September, selection in vineyards of the healthiest, ripest grapes hand collected in 20 kg picking baskets.
Tasting notes
Ruby red color with red fruit and floral notes on the nose. Fresh and juicy taste.
Vinification
Maceration with skin contact with short and soft pumping over skin cap.
