The Stout Barreled Whiskey offers notes of fresh fig, caramel, coffee bean and chocolate. It has a long, evolving finish that ends in espresso and chocolate with a hint of tobacco. Organic corn offers the classic bourbon nutty sweetness while roasted malts craft the beloved coffee, chocolate stout profile. Aged in new American Oak barrels then finished in used stout beer barrels from the Lagunitas Brewery.

Founded in Sonoma county, they showcase the beauty and bounty of northern California. Griffo uses passion, craft and science to create spirits that are both beautiful and complex.
