Description

With 140 years of history, the Dry Creek Valley is a top region in Northern Sonoma County, California. This iconic region is home to the perfect soil and climate for grape-growing. Long warm days of abundant sunshine are tempered by cool breezes of the nearby Pacific Ocean. This diversity along with elevation and wind give a unique complexity and depth to the wines of the Dry Creek Valley. Every bottle brings a new experience and an exciting sense of discovery.

Tasting notes

Rich dark red-purple with open aromatics of black cherries and boysenberry, very typical of Alexander Valley. Well extracted mouthfeel and flavors that echo the nose. It's a beautifully balanced Cab displaying the soft, ripe tannins typical of the appellation, coupled with a modest acidity that nicely supports the rich fruit flavors.

Great example of an elegant Alexander Valley Cab that is neither overripe nor over extracted and should age well for years.
