Notes of cherry and chocolate combine with sweet toasty oak for this full-flavored wine with a long, complex finish.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 86 degrees F., the wine was transferred to Missouri oak barrels. 100% of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in the barrel.
Wood aged for approximately a year then fined and filtered before bottling.
