Lost Angel - Pinot Noir 2017
Wine
All of our wines are made to be indulged in now. Why drink tomorrow when you can drink today? Better yet, why not drink tomorrow and today? Life is short. This Pinot Noir has aromas of raspberry and cranberry. The flavor is medium bodied with cherry-like fruit and finishes with crisp acidity, soft tannins and lingering spice.
Vineyard
It all starts with badass vineyards and we're always looking for something new that blows our hair back. Why keep doing the same thing every vintage when we can switch it up? There's nothing like hopping on a bike and exploring different wine regions throughout California. Great character is in the land – we just let it express itself. And you can taste the unique personalities in every one of our wines.
Vinification
Our goal is to create bangin' wines that seduce the palate with scandalously good flavors and aromas. Combining different lots, with each contributing its own unusual characteristics, allows us to create more distinctive and intriguing wines. Blending is a complex and often counterintuitive process so it requires a great palate, fearlessness and a willingness to break the rules to find greatness.
