Straw brilliant color with green reflections. Complex and intense aromas of hay, boj and fern with hints of white flowers and ains. Powerful and complex in the mouth with the characteristic acidity from the Verdejo variety and aromatic herbs notes which are predominant. Well- balance with a long lingering palate.
Grape selection coming from 15 years old vineyards harvested at nights in September at maximum
Cold maceration and fermentation at low temperatures during 3 weeks to obtain the best aromas and
characteristics from the Verdejo grape. Ageing on less after the alcoholic fermentation to enjoy all the potential in the mouth.
