Vinification
Produced from carefully selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in Gascony’s cool-climate vineyards. Fermented at controlled low temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatic purity, the wine is vinified in stainless steel to maintain its crisp fruit profile and lively acidity, resulting in a clean and expressive style.
