Light amber in color. The aroma reveals notes of cooked agave, vanilla, spices, and a subtle hint of nuts and wood. On the palate, persistent wood tones are complemented by well balanced spice notes. The finish is marked by a strong wood presence, with delicate undertones of vanilla and cinnamon.

Autoclave cooking for IO hours, followed by IO hours of post cooking rest. Mechanical extraction through a milling train and open air fermentation in stainless steel tanks, using a proprietary house yeast with an exclusive recipe. Double distillation in stainless steel stills and aging for 2 months in ex whiskey American oak barrels.
