Tasting notes
Ruby red with light garnet reflection. Ample, complex, intense with wild berries, spicy. Full body, persistent, light tannic, soft, harmonic and structured.
Ageing
Minimum 36 months in oak casks from Savonia and partially barriques.
Harvest
Exclusively manual, last week of September, first week of October.
Soil
Medium loam with sand and same argillaceous deposit.
Vinification
In steel tanks with controlled temperature for 15 - 20 days.
