Following the malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred into oak.
Food pairing
pasta dishes with mushroom or cheese sauces, or served with Alba white truffle, red meat and game stews and pot roasts, mature cheeses.
Tasting notes
wine suited to lengthy ageing. To keep it at its very best, store bottles horizontally in the dark, in cool, dry surroundings at a constant temperature.
