Tasting notes
This elegant Sancerre delivers mineral-driven aromas which intertwine with floral notes and peach. There is a beautiful elegance to this wine. On the palate it has a softness that balances with minerality and nuances of peach and citrus. The finish is concentrated, with lingering notes of ripe lemon.
Vinification
Terroir: 50% Flint, 30% Limestone & 20% Marl. Delicate pressing of the grapes then the juice is settled. The alcoholic fermentation starts naturally under temperature control. The wine is aged on fine lees for 9 to 12 months.
