Crimson colour with purple hues. Deep, intense nose of red fruit, soft spices end liquorice.
Vineyard
The vineyard is perched on the high terraces bordering the Meditemneao coastline, in the western part of the Aude department, in the :region of Limoux. The influence from the cool and humid continental climate helps the aromatic development of the grapes during the ripening process, thus enabling the production of a range of wines with a variety of profiles.
