Beautiful garnet in color. The nose is full of intense fruit-driven aromas and hints of oak.
The palate is full-bodied with fine tannins that lead into a fruit-driven, balanced finish.
A great partner to roast lamb and other red meats.
Winemaking: Whole cluster fermentation for 20 days (carbonic maceration).
Ageing: 12 months in vat and after in bottles.
