Elevated vineyards situated above the Cote de Beaune slope; cool microclimate with limestone-rich clay soils that preserve natural acidity and fresh fruit expression.
Vinification
Hand-harvested. Brief cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation and gentle pneumatic bladder pressing.
Ageing
Aged 10-12 months in neutral French oak barrels to retain vibrancy and fruit purity.
Tasting Notes
Visual: Luminous ruby red. On the nose this is lush and expressive, showing dark cherry, wild strawberry, delicate floral notes, and subtle spice. Elegant, refined, and silky with bright red fruit flavor upfront with balanced acidity, supple tannins, and a clean, refreshing finish.
