Really quite floral, elderflower scents on the nose. Sharp and tangy, but still really aromatic and fragrant, so aromatically intense. Lovely acidity, not too sharp, this has weight and texture, making it really quite enjoyable. Lychee, white stone fruit. This is nice, not too showy. Good with food. Vinified and aged in foudre 400l and some barrels.
