This has aromas of lemons, blanched almonds, white peaches and green mangoes. Bright, tangy and fruity, with a medium body. Persistent. Zesty and creamy finish. Drink or hold.

The 2021 Ferran Blanc has a light nose with apple blossom, chalk and touches of white peach. The palate is well-balanced with crisp acidity, quite malic in style and delicious: peach skin, hints of chamomile and mango. This is well worth seeking out and in a different league to the red.
