Spiced red fruits, baking chocolate, tobacco, and loamy earth are just some of the nuances in the 2019 Chateau Paveil De Luze, a medium-bodied, round, nicely textured Cru Bourgeois from Margaux. It will continue drinking well for another 15 years.

Blackberries, blueberries, dried herbs, cedar and spice box on the nose. Medium-bodied with creamy tannins. Round and sleek with a polished, spicy and flavorful finish.

The 2019 Paveil de Luze is bursting at the seams with super-ripe dark red fruit, kirsch, blood orange, rose petal and spice. There's good freshness to play off some of the more exotic flavors. This is an especially racy Margaux with tons of character. The 2019 is impressive, just as it was from barrel.

Aromas of sweet berries, spices, rose petals and loamy soil introduce the 2019 Paveil de Luze, a medium to full-bodied, supple and seamless wine that's lively, sapid and refined, exhibiting real class and character. Cabernet Sauvignon on gravel is the order of the day, and the result is one of the finest non-classified wines of the Médoc this year.

A vineyard in Soussans in the northern part of the Margaux appellation has produced this elegantly textured wine. Ripe black fruits and ageworthy tannins offer spice and touches of licorice as well as fruitiness.
