The Vintage
After a cold winter 2010, the vineyard has ridden late. The rain came in june, affecting
flowering. With this natural selection, green harvest was somewhat necessary. Starting june
21, the summer started with a sunny, which continued in july. The vine has caught up.The dry
months of August without excess heat, with cool nights, allowed a slow and steady ripening of
the grapes. The harvest took place in excellent conditions, with a perfect sanitary state of
grapes.
