The white wine is dry, lively and very fruity.

Vinification

Hand harvesting for the white and the grape.Gentle pressing and cold clarification (debourbage). Fermentation in barrels and temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. Barrel aging for 9 months (25% new oak) with lees stirring.
