Dense and savory with a depth of fruit and aniseed character. Full body and a juicy finish. More of a red than a white in texture. Delicious already.

Bright with lemon pulp and white peach flavors backed by a light shortbread note. Has good crackle for the vintage.

The Olivier 2016 Blanc gives up elderflower, lime juice and fresh Bosc pear scents with touches of honeysuckle, crushed stones and waxy lemons. Medium-bodied, the palate delivers wonderful tension and intensity with loads of honeyed citrus layers and a perfumed finish.
